RETURN POLICY

Any item may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of customer receipt, providing it is in original sale condition with tags attached. We are only able to exchange an item for the same item in a different size, where available. Any refund is equal to the purchase price plus tax but excludes shipping fees. We ask that you pay shipping costs to return an item, and in the case of an exchange, we will ship the replacement item out to you free of charge. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received. Refunds are issued to the original credit card account provided within 5 – 7 business days of love you baby receiving the returned item.

Items must be received by us within 10 days of receiving your return authorization (US orders) and 21 days (International orders). For your protection please return your merchandise by an insured and tracked method. love you baby is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit while being returned to us.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please report any items which have arrived to you damaged within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prompt replacement for you.

SALES TAX

We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within the state of Georgia. This tax is calculated and itemized during the online ordering process. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses outside Georgia, or outside of the USA.

WRAPPING

We aim to wrap each and every purchase with care, whether it is coming directly to you, or to someone you love as a gift. When you are sending the order directly to someone else as a gift, we will include a handwritten note (written by us, said by you).

PAYMENT

Google Checkout accepts major credit and debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

SHIPPING

Orders will ship within 24-48 hours (we try for same day) excluding weekends and holidays. If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we require further information from you to complete your order, we will get in touch promptly via email.
We ship to the USA and worldwide.

All shipments will be issued a tracking number via UPS or USPS. This will be emailed directly to you once your package ships.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHODS

We ship to the 48 contiguous states via UPS Ground for a flat rate of $6 for 1 item and $9 for 2+ items. Delivery will take between 2 – 7 business days.
Shipments to APO/FPO delivery addresses within the Continental US and physical addresses within the States of Alaska and Hawaii will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. Please contact us directly for shipping rates and to arrange this.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS

We ship to Canada via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $12.
For all other international orders we ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $24. Delivery will take between 6 – 10 business days.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the local customs authorities once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges are the responsibility of you, the customer, and are payable directly to your mail carrier.

YOUR PRIVACY

We take your privacy very seriously and will only use your personal information to communicate directly with you, or as required to fulfil your order.
If you choose to subscribe to our mailing list, we use your email address to send you our newsletters. Every communication provides the option to opt out of future correspondence from us, if you wish to do so.
Your order is processed through Google Checkout, and therefore we do not collect or store any financial information. In Google Checkout you will be required to provide your name, credit or debit card number, card expiration date, card verification number, address, phone number and email address. Your payment information and shipping address are saved in your Google Account to make future purchases more convenient and secure. Your account information is stored on Google’s secure servers. Your purchase information is encrypted during transmission with industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology. “GOOGLE * love you baby ” will appear by the charge on your credit card statement.

To fulfil your order love you baby will have access to your address and email. We will use this information to communicate with you about your order, and share your information to third parties (shipping companies) only in relation to servicing you. They are permitted to use your information for the sole purpose of performing their functions to ensure your order is processed and delivered to you.
